This document contains information on the processing of your personal data by Ignitis Polska Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-566) at Puławska 2 building A, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the m.st of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000681577 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) in connection with the use of the services available on the www.ignitis.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as in connection with establishing or maintaining contacts with the Company through other communication channels, including e-mail, telephone calls or traditional postal correspondence.

  1. Terms of personal data processing

In accordance with Article 13 and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR” or “General Data Protection Regulation”), we would like to inform you that:

  1. The controller of personal data is Ignitis Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-566) at 2 Puławska Street, building A (hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”).

The recipients of personal data will be entities providing services to the Controller, in particular IT and marketing services, as well as courier, accounting, legal companies and companies belonging to the Ignitis group. The recipients of your data may also be entities authorized to receive data on the basis of legal provisions.

If you are a representative of our client (ordering party) or supplier, the Controller will process your contact data (e.g. name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, job position) in connection with the cooperation or in order to establish it. In the event that we did not obtain this data directly from you, we received it from our client or supplier of which you are a representative.
  3. Personal data will be stored:
    • for the period of correspondence or continued contact,
    • until an object to data processing is submitted – in the event that the processing of personal data is based on the so-called legitimate interest (cases are described in point 3 above).

After the above-mentioned period, personal data will be archived for the period during which the relevant legal provisions require the storage of data, and then they will be erased or anonymized.

  1. You have the following rights with regard to the processing of personal data:
    • the right of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing,
    • the right to object to data processing – in the event that the processing of your personal data is based on the so-called legitimate interest and under the conditions specified in the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation,
    • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you consider that the processing of personal data infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
  2. All of the above rights apply to the extent provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation. The above rights may be exercised by sending an application to the address of the Controller’s registered office or, in the case of contact by e-mail, to the following address: [email protected].
  3. Providing data for the purposes of achieving the purposes described in point 3 is voluntary, but it may turn out to be necessary to achieve them, i.e. to respond to an inquiry, order a service, conclude and perform a contract or use the Website.
